Save a file on a computer
Copy a public post link, paste it on this site, and use the download link if a file is offered. When the download finishes, open the file from the browser’s download list.
Steps
- On instagram.com, open a public post you have the right to save and copy its link.
- Paste the link on this site and submit it.
- If a file is offered, use the download link.
- Open the file from that browser’s download list.
If the lookup fails
- A profile URL or a sound page is the wrong kind of link.
- A private or deleted post returns an error, on a computer the same as on a phone.
- If the source is limiting requests, wait and paste once. Repeating it quickly will not help.
- Stories and Highlights are not offered.
The download link expires. If the file did not finish, paste the public post again. Do not reuse an old link from the address bar of a previous attempt.
